Customer Service

Our office is open weekdays, 12 pm to 6 pm. If you don't reach us, please leave a number and we will return your call the next business day. You may also send us an email at sandy@sandpea.com. We are closed on weekends and on all Federal holidays.

At present, we are only stocking fresh soaps and hand poured soy candles in our soap shoppe. However, we do have a limited amount of bath and body products on hand. If you would like to schedule a visit to our soap shoppe, please email us at sandy@sandpea.com for an appointment. Appointments can be scheduled after regular business hours and on weekends.

We also welcome custom order requests. Feel free to contact us if you have a unique scent or body care request.

Shelf Life:

Products should be used within 6 months to a year. We use natural preservatives such as vitamin e, rosemary oleoresin and grapefruit seed extracts to prolong the shelf life of our products. Please take care to avoid introducing water into the product's container when using.

Payment:

We offer secure on-line ordering using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept payments using PayPal. You may also call in your order if you wish to pay by personal check, money order, or if you simply feel more comfortable giving your credit card information to a live person.

If paying by personal check your order will be shipped when the check clears. Currently, only checks from U.S. residents are accepted. There is a $25 return check fee if your check is returned from your bank due to insufficient funds.

International Orders:

We ask all international customers to contact us directly by phone or email to place their orders. This will allow us to discuss suitable payment options and to make the best shipping arrangements possible.

Tax:

Only items shipped within the state of Maryland will be taxed. The Maryland sales tax rate is 6%.

Shipping Methods:

We ship all orders within the Continental U.S. by UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on the weight, size and destination of your package. If you need expedited delivery service, please let us know. Additional charges may apply. Additionally, we offer free shipping on orders of $100 and more! It's our way of saying "thank you."

If you are in the local area (DC, Maryland or Virginia), you may also arrange to pick up your order in lieu of having it shipped to you. Please contact us to schedule a convenient date and time for you to pick up your order.

Shipping Delivery Times:

Because we freshly prepare our products, all orders will be shipped within 4 - 7 business days after purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with every purchase from SandPea Herbal Soaps. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer no hassle refunds and exchanges. Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on returned items. On exchanges, we do not refund any shipping; however, we do not charge you to ship the replacement items.

Please note: Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for specially prized items, items purchased on sale, or for custom and/or wholesale orders.

Refunds:

Simply return your purchase to us within 14 days stating that you would like a refund. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and note the reason for the return. We will reimburse the full value of the returned goods (less shipping and handling charges) to your credit card within 5 days of receipt of items.

Exchanges:

Simply return your purchase to us within 14 days stating that you would like an exchange. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and note the reason for the exchange. We will mail the replacement items within 3 - 6 business days at no additional cost to you. Please note that exchanges are conditional on the return of goods to us in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

Please insure your package as lost shipments are the sender's responsibility. All returned or exchanged packages should be mailed to the following address:

Cancellations:

You can cancel an order by emailing sandy@sandpea.com and stating that you would like to cancel your order. If the items have already been mailed we will be unable to cancel your order. If this happens simply return the order to us for a full refund.

Damages & Loss:

If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible. Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery carrier's responsibility and claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. The customer must initiate damage or loss claims against the carrier, but we are available to assist you.

Wholesale Inquiries:

Please contact us at sandy@sandpea.com to inquire about wholesale opportunities with our company. Serious inquiries only please.

Privacy:

To ensure our customers privacy, we will never sell, loan, rent or give away your name, email, address or any other personal information to any third party without your permission.
